I would like to cancel my membership, however I cannot do this as whenever I try to access those settiings, I am presented with a screen that requires me to activate my account. An account that should still be in a trial status.
I had a free trial that began on December 13th. Today would be the 14th day, and I should still have the option to cancel at this time.
