Hi Nancy,
We make it easy for you to always be able to track your savings with ShopRunner. You can go to ShopRunner.com and on your "My Account" page in the upper right corner of the screen you will see your savings. The calculation is based on an average shipping charge of $14 and is multiplied by the number of your orders to arrive at your shipping savings. -
-
Thanks. This knowledge (the $14 average) gives me a clue. Many of my less pricey orders wouldn't have cost $14, but I get a ball-park estimate, anyway. It does look as if the $79 will have been well spend by the time my "enrollment" is up.

Great to hear the ShopRunner membership fee is money well spent Nancy. We hear this from so many of our members, that's what ShopRunner is all about. The savings can add up real quickly plus hopefully you enjoy getting your items quickly and you are able to purchase knowing if you need to return anything you are covered with ShopRunner's free return shipping as well. Thanks for the feedback.

Our company spent more than $100,000 on Newegg last year alone... I honestly can't believe I didn't know this existed until now. Signed up today and already have been counting up the savings. VERY VERY HAPPY thus far!

I have 3 days left of my free trial. I am still undecided if this is a good deal or money not wisely spent. Help me figure this out
Thanks,

Hello Pam Keener,
Thank you for using ShopRunner. We certainly hope you are enjoying using ShopRunner and had a good experience on your purchase during your free trial. On your my account page at the top, ShopRunner provides you an estimate of how much you have saved throughout your membership. ShopRunner provides you both savings and convenience. On the savings side if you use ShopRunner even only 4-5 times a year you come out ahead not to mention the ability to receive member deals (or any deals) and get free 2 day shipping with those discounts plus the additional benefits. And the convenience of never worrying about minimum order size or the hassle and cost of returns (shipping). If you are not ready for the annual commitment there is also a new option available which is $8.95 per month, in which you pay per month as you go (no annual commitment). Your choice. Thank you. -
-
Mike, I see in your post above you mention a monthly option. How can I select that? I am still in my trial and I feel the monthly may be the way to go for me (financially) right now.

Hello James,
Thanks for your question. If you go into your "My Account" page "Account Settings" you will then see an option for "cancel membership", you will click on that button on left hand side of screen and you will then be presented an option to switch to Monthly. This is an option you have available to you during your trial. If you have any further questions please let us know. Thank you. -

I couldn't find anything that I would want to buy during my free trial. Called to cancel too late to avoid the annual fee, bummer. My year is almost up and I still haven't found anything that is worth buying through Shoprunner because the product is not available or the price is not as good (particularly on Toys R Us). I'm tempted to buy and return some heavy items, like bikes, just so I feel like I get my moneys worth for the annual fee.

Hello Semonians,
Sorry to hear, even with all the new stores during the past year including American Eagle, Lord & Taylor, Newegg, drugstore.com, that you have not found items you would like. We will continue to add new stores and enhance the product. We have added monthly as an alternative to annual membership as well. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your holiday shopping with ShopRunner. -

Well I lucked up, I got a free years subscription to ShopRunner on Oct. 24th. (Link through a savings blog.) Anyway with Christmas comming up and my next to the youngests son's birthday this month I had already been browsing online searching for the best deals so I would know where to go to in person. I live way out in the country. Which is about 45 mins to an hr away from any major store except Walmart, and with just 4 different transactions (total of 5 or 6 items) I have saved almost $30 -$45.00 shipping alone, not to mention combining free shipping with a good sale (b1g1, b1g50%, clearance items, and online specials only!) That is the amount of what I would have spent on gas for one trip to a big town or city to SEE if I could find something they would like.

I was so excited to get shoprunner as soon as I saw Toys R Us was listed, but am already disappointed in the feature at Toys R Us. I am finding already that shoprunner is not available on many of the items that I am wanting to purchase. I don't think it is due to size (as the items are very small). It seems to be the less expensive items that are not shoprunner eligible.

-
@ Carol I do not believe that is so, the part about the less expensive items not being shprunner eligible. I have made a few purchase since I have had shoprunner and for the most part most of the items have been inexpensive to begin with and / or on clearance. I purchased a Disney ball, Pirattes of the Caribean ball, which was about 4 inches wide and it was eligible; it was on clearance for about $5.00. I am thinking that with all the good sales / promotions, and with the economy being the way it is a lot of people have been getting more of those type items, clearance etc and they do not have them available any more. I have been checking the site frequently. LOL However, that is just my opinion.

Shoprunner has not been available on almost everything I have ever been interested in buying. We entered into the annual fee by accident and have waisted the money. Too bad. Won't happen again.
